These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and CoinsRoyale governing your access to and use of the CoinsRoyale free-to-play sweepstakes platform, including its website, games, promotions, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, browsing the Platform, or otherwise participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. This document sets out the no purchase necessary rules that apply to every promotion offered on the Platform, along with the eligibility, conduct, and liability provisions that govern participation.

Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific notice and these Terms, the more restrictive provision controls unless the promotion notice expressly states otherwise.

Participation in the Platform is entirely free. No purchase necessary to play or win, and no purchase or payment of any kind improves your chances of winning or receiving Sweeps Coins. These no purchase necessary rules apply uniformly to all players, regardless of whether they choose to acquire optional Gold Coin packages.

These Terms may be updated periodically, and the version posted on the Platform at the time of your use governs that use. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. This version was last updated in 2026.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except where applicable law does not permit arbitration of a particular claim or where you validly opt out as described below.

You and CoinsRoyale each waive any right to a jury trial and agree that any arbitration or permitted court proceeding will be conducted on an individual basis only. Neither party may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

If any portion of this arbitration and class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim or remedy, that portion shall be severed, and the remainder shall continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Notice of any dispute must be provided in writing before arbitration is initiated so the parties may attempt informal resolution first.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

To use the Platform, you must meet the eligibility requirements below and truthfully represent that they apply to you at the time of registration and continuously thereafter.

1. You are of the minimum age required by your jurisdiction of residence to participate in sweepstakes promotions.
2. You are a legal resident of a jurisdiction where participation in this sweepstakes-style promotion is permitted.
3. You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of CoinsRoyale or its promotional partners.
4. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such participation is restricted or unlawful.
5. All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and belongs to you alone.

Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in your location before creating an account or entering any promotion.

Because no purchase is ever required, an alternate free-entry method is available by mail; full instructions for this alternate method of entry are provided in the Free Entry / AMOE notice published elsewhere on this site, and following that method does not affect your standing under these no purchase necessary rules.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

The Platform operates on a dual social-token framework consisting of Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Gold Coins are a play-only virtual currency with no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or prizes under any circumstance.

Sweeps Coins are a promotional currency that may be used for entry into games and, where eligible and legally permitted, redeemed for prizes in accordance with the redemption rules published on the Platform. Sweeps Coins have no purchase price and cannot be bought directly.

All Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are licensed to you for entertainment purposes only; they are not sold, transferred as property, or convertible into a security or currency outside the Platform. CoinsRoyale retains the right to adjust, suspend, or revoke this license at its discretion in cases of Terms violations, and no monetary compensation is owed for unused or revoked coin balances beyond what applicable law requires.

Account Security and Profile Administration

Each player may maintain only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.

• Notify CoinsRoyale promptly of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.
• Keep your registered email address and contact details current at all times.
• Do not share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any other person.
• Complete any identity verification steps requested before redemption is processed.

CoinsRoyale may request supporting documentation to verify identity, age, or location before enabling certain account features. Refusal to provide reasonably requested verification may result in restricted access to redemption features while free play under these no purchase necessary rules remains available.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of coin balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where warranted.

• Creating or controlling more than one account per person or household.
• Using bots, scripts, emulators, or automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Providing false identity, age, or location information during registration or verification.
• Exploiting software defects or errors instead of promptly reporting them.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or redemption results.

CoinsRoyale reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud or abuse, withhold pending redemptions during an investigation, and void coin balances obtained through prohibited activity. These protections exist alongside, and do not diminish, the no purchase necessary rules available to every legitimate player.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All trademarks, logos, game designs, graphics, text, and software comprising the Platform are the property of CoinsRoyale or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that property to you.

If you submit feedback, reviews, forum posts, or other content to the Platform, you grant CoinsRoyale a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for operating and promoting the Platform. You represent that any content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

The Platform depends on third-party networks, hosting providers, and game software, and may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond CoinsRoyale’s reasonable control.

CoinsRoyale does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and is not responsible for lost gameplay sessions, delayed results, or coin display errors caused by an outage or disruption. Where a verified system error affects game outcomes, CoinsRoyale may void the affected rounds and restore balances to their pre-error state.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinsRoyale, its affiliates, officers, and licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

CoinsRoyale’s aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of the amount actually paid by you for optional Gold Coin purchases in the preceding twelve months or a nominal sum permitted by applicable law, recognizing that participation itself remains free under these no purchase necessary rules.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoinsRoyale and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your misuse of the Platform.

Termination and General Provisions

CoinsRoyale may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal or regulatory reasons, or at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting support through the Platform.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any referenced promotion notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and CoinsRoyale regarding the Platform and supersede any prior understandings.
